My Coaching Philosophy
Living with ADHD in a neuro-typical world can be challenging, like no matter how hard you try, it’s never quite enough. It affects how you work, how you connect with others, how you feel about yourself, and how much you trust your own instincts. When I founded Everyday Greatness Coaching, I wanted to create a safe, supportive space where adults with ADHD would feel seen, understood, and valued. Because when you work with someone who truly gets it, everything starts to shift.
To me, coaching isn’t just about productivity hacks or getting more done. It’s about clarity, confidence, and creating real change from the inside out. Whether you’re looking to improve your focus, manage emotions, build stronger relationships, or simply feel more in control of your day, I’m here to help you move forward, without shame or judgment. I’ll meet you exactly where you are and help you build systems and habits that work for your brain and your goals, not someone else’s idea of what your life should look like.
