Strength-based Coaching for Women with ADHD

If you've spent most of your life feeling like you're constantly falling behind trying harder than anyone around you, yet still coming up short, you're not alone. For many women, an ADHD diagnosis later in life brings everything into focus. Suddenly, the struggles that felt like personal failures start to make sense.
But understanding your brain is just the beginning. The real work is learning how to work with it and not against it. And that's exactly what I'm here for.
I offer personalized coaching designed specifically for women who are ready to stop fighting themselves and start building a life that actually fits. Together, we'll develop strategies that work for your brain, your season of life, and the goals that matter most to you right now — not a one-size-fits-all plan, but something real, practical, and uniquely yours.
Through coaching packages and courses, we'll work on building routines that stick, quieting the overwhelm, and making meaningful progress — one small, sustainable step at a time. Because this isn't about doing more. It's about finally doing things in a way that works for you.
It's not too late to understand yourself, trust yourself, and create your own version of everyday greatness. I'd love to help you get there.

My Coaching Philosophy
Living with ADHD in a neuro-typical world is exhausting and for many women, that exhaustion goes unrecognized for decades. If you received your diagnosis later in life, you may know the strange mix of relief and grief that comes with it. Relief that there's finally a name for what you've been experiencing. And grief for the years spent wondering why everything felt so much harder than it seemed to for everyone else.
You were never lazy. You were never too sensitive. You were never not trying hard enough. Your brain just works differently and for too long, nobody told you that.
When I founded Everyday Greatness Coaching, I wanted to create something different a place where women with ADHD feel genuinely seen, understood, and valued. Because when you work with someone who truly gets it, everything starts to shift.
To me, coaching isn't about productivity hacks or getting more done. It's about clarity, confidence, and creating real change from the inside out. Whether you're looking to improve your focus, manage emotions, build stronger relationships, or simply feel more in control of your day, I'm here to help you move forward — without shame, without judgment, and without trying to fit your brain into someone else's idea of how life should look.
My approach is collaborative and client-led, meaning you bring what matters most and we explore it together with curiosity, not criticism. We focus on your strengths, build from what's already working, and take intentional steps toward the kind of change that actually lasts.
It's not too late to understand yourself more deeply, build a life that works for your brain, and finally feel like enough — because you always were.
